Booking the Hall
The hall is now over 10 years old and we have a steady pattern of repeat and regular users. We have some ‘one off availability’ in the holiday periods.
Weekends
The first weekend in each month will be kept for community events. The hall is busy at weekends has VERY limited availability for non-resident weekend events.
Weekdays
We have a busy weekday programme with between 100 and 200 people using the hall each week. The only free time is as follows:
Main Hall - Monday afternoon, Wednesday morning and afternoon and Thursday afternoons
Meeting Room - Wednesday morning, for Ad hoc quiet meetings Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings
Whole building hall and meeting room free Thursday evening
Viewing the Hall
Fitting in viewings is now quite difficult around our regular pattern of use and our volunteer availability. Monday or Friday mornings are the easiest. One weekend is kept free each month to accommodate hall servicing, maintenance and viewings.
