Sorrel  de la Hey’s (on meternity leave)Revitalising Yoga is now in Charlton Musgrove on Mondays. With a background in massage, Sorrel has a keen interest in working with students to correct postural issues, improve mobility and learn to relax better. Each class follows a mix of postures, breathing and mindfulness practices that help to find a deeper sense of calm and well-being, whilst improving fitness and flexibility.
Join us for Revitalising Yoga on Mondays 7-8.30pm at the Charlton Musgrove Memorial Hall. All ages and abilities are welcome.
